Congresswoman Cori Bush (D-MO) is definitely the scariest member of the socialist “Squad” in the House of Representatives. AOC draws most of the headlines because she is a barely functional moron with childishly transparent motives that are easy to laugh at. Cori Bush, though? She’s scary. Come the revolution, she would gleefully line the families of Trump supporters up in front of a ditch for summary executions. She exemplifies everything about a Stalinist mass murderer, including the “Police protection for me, but not for thee” ethos.
Back in February, Cori Bush married her private armed security specialist, US Army veteran Cortney Merrits. In 2022, she had paid the heavily armed Merrits $60,000 from donated campaign funds to serve as her bodyguard and armed-with-a-gun security chief. This year, she’s paid her gun-toting husband Merrits $30,000 for the January through June period.
Bush has spent more than $500,000 on personal security since 2019, despite her repeated calls to “defund the police.” She doesn’t want cops to be on the streets to defend everyday citizens from criminals, but she’s not about to go around undefended by armed security guards herself.
This is also reflected in her response to tornadoes. In 2022, Cori Bush paid psychic tornado summoner (an actual job title) Nathaniel Davis $27,500 to protect her from tornadoes. This means the Missouri congresswoman paid this psychic tornado summoner to send tornadoes to hit some other community where Bush was not hanging out at the time. (Okay, maybe she is as dumb as AOC.)
