As we come up on the 22nd anniversary of the 9/11 attacks on the United States, Democratic President Joe Biden is slapping Americans in the face once again.

On August 17, CBS News reported that the White House, specifically the Biden administration, has just arranged negotiations or deals with those responsible for the attacks. As a result, those poor and demented souls will no longer receive the death sentence. Or even be put on trial, for that matter.

According to the report, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, named as the “principal architect” of the attacks, and four of his alleged co-conspirators have agreed to a plea deal in which they will admit “criminal responsibility for their actions and plead guilty… in exchange for not receiving the death penalty.”

Naturally, millions of Americans aren’t happy about the news.

In particular are the family members of those who tragically died in those attacks, the deadliest to ever occur on US soil.

Per a report from the UK’s Daily Mail on Sunday, about 2,000 of those family members wrote a letter to the Biden White House demanding a change of mind. To them, this is basically bargaining with terrorists, which these men literally are.

For Dennis McGinley, whose brother died during the attacks on the World Trade Center, this is a slap in the face for sure.

“Here we are on the eve of the 22nd anniversary of 9/11, and we are getting kicked in the gut by our own government once again.”

He and others explained that they’ve been waiting over two decades for closure and answers about that fateful day. They’ve been looking for a trial that would have given them that.

But now they’ve just learned that those answers and peace of closure won’t be given after all. To say they are devastated is an understatement.

Sadly, it’s just one more piece of evidence proving that Biden doesn’t care one whit about you or me. Instead, he’ll literally negotiate with terrorists and sweep it all under the rug…
